Reminder to all competitors that entries for the Portland Slamfest

Pre entry is required for the Slamfest so we can organise our pit layout

Good Afternoon Members,

Please find attached the minutes that were noted at last nights informal discussion. We did not have enough members to form a quorum so we held an informal discussion. We will be holding a special meeting on Thursday 16th February to discuss our constitution and the amendments that need to be made.

Also it was discussed and passed that NDMA would support the SCDC Big Bucks 1/8 Mile Challenge in Whyalla on Saturday 18/th February.
We will be holding our BBQ in the pits and need as many volunteers as possible. We will also be sponsoring the Street Challenge with $450 the prize money that NDMA will be putting up. This was agreed upon by all present. If there is any objections to this sponsorship please advise me so I can pass it along to the management committee as soon as possible.

OK Springnats is winding down for 2011 so know its time to wind up the upcoming Mount Gambier Valvoline Autofest & Show N Shine as this event is a little over EIGHT WEEKS off being here, so get your Entry in and organise your accommodation so we can get together and bring the Mount Alive again in 2012.
